Terms & Conditions
Red Leaf Routes
These Terms & Conditions set out how Red Leaf Routes operates, what we provide as part of our services, and the responsibilities of both Red Leaf Routes and our clients. By using our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
About Red Leaf Routes
Red Leaf Routes is a UK-based sole trader business providing structured guidance and hands-on support to individuals planning a Canadian working holiday. Our services are built around lived experience and established relationships with employers and accommodation providers in Canada. While we provide detailed guidance and practical support throughout the preparation process, Red Leaf Routes is not a licensed immigration advisor and does not provide legal immigration advice.
Scope of Services
Red Leaf Routes provides comprehensive preparation and support for clients undertaking a Canadian working holiday. This includes guiding clients through the International Experience Canada (IEC) process, helping them understand timelines and requirements, preparing them for life and work in Canada, supporting job readiness through CV and interview preparation, facilitating job interviews with trusted employers, and assisting with accommodation coordination where applicable. Our role is to ensure clients arrive informed, prepared, and confident, with a clear understanding of what to expect before and after arrival.
All visa applications must be completed by the applicant using official government systems. While we provide guidance on the process and requirements, the final responsibility for application accuracy and submission rests with the client.
Visa Disclaimer
Red Leaf Routes provides administrative guidance and preparation support only. We do not assess visa eligibility, provide legal immigration advice, complete visa applications on behalf of clients, or represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities. Visa approval, refusal, or processing delays are determined solely by the relevant government bodies and remain outside our control.
Employment & Job Interviews
Where included in the selected service, Red Leaf Routes facilitates access to job interviews through our employer partnerships. Job interviews are arranged to give clients a direct route into seasonal employment; however, final hiring decisions are made by the employer. Employment terms, wages, hours, contracts, and workplace conditions are determined by the employer and agreed directly between the client and the employer.
Seasonal Work & Weather Disclaimer
Seasonal employment in Canada, particularly in mountain and resort environments, is heavily influenced by weather conditions. Snowfall, weather patterns, and seasonal demand directly affect resort operations and available working hours. Red Leaf Routes cannot guarantee specific hours of work, earnings, or duration of employment. Clients acknowledge that reduced snowfall, delayed seasons, or operational changes may result in fewer working hours or altered job roles, and this is an inherent part of seasonal work in resort environments.
Accommodation
Where accommodation support is included, Red Leaf Routes assists with coordination and introductions to accommodation providers based on availability. Accommodation is owned and managed by third parties, and all tenancy terms, rent amounts, deposits, and house rules are set by the landlord. Red Leaf Routes does not own or manage properties and cannot control landlord decisions once introductions are made.
Payments
Payment is required to secure a place within the Red Leaf Routes programme and confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Prices are agreed following consultation and are tiered according to the service level selected. Invoices must be paid by the stated due date before services are fully activated.
Refund & Money-Back Guarantee
Where a money-back guarantee is offered, it applies where Red Leaf Routes is unable to provide both job interview access and accommodation support as outlined in the agreed service, provided the client has engaged fully with the process and supplied all required information on time. Refunds do not apply where a client withdraws after services have commenced, declines suitable opportunities, or where outcomes are affected by incomplete information, external factors, or seasonal conditions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, completing their own visa applications, meeting required deadlines, and complying with employer and accommodation provider requirements. Failure to do so may affect outcomes and does not constitute grounds for refund.
Limitation of Liability
Red Leaf Routes is not responsible for visa refusals, processing delays, employer decisions, changes in accommodation availability, travel disruptions, weather-related impacts, or personal circumstances. Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.
Privacy & Data
Personal information is collected only where necessary to deliver our services and is handled responsibly. Information is shared with employers or accommodation providers solely for the purpose of arranging interviews or accommodation and is not shared beyond this without consent.
Changes to These Terms
Red Leaf Routes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in place at the time of payment will apply.
